Overnight Ham and Gruyère Breakfast Lasagna

2 3/4 cups milk
2 cups shredded Gruyère cheese (8 oz)
12 oven-ready lasagna noodles (from 9-oz package)
2 cups diced cooked ham
3 cups lightly packed baby spinach
